Dick’s Sporting Goods Joins Tenant Lineup at Twin Cities’ Rosedale Center

Rosedale Center, a 1,142,972-square-foot shopping center located in the Twin Cities suburb of Roseville, MN, has signed a lease with Dick’s Sporting Goods.  Lease terms weren’t disclosed. The retailer will occupy a new building at the parcel formerly occupied by Herberger’s.  The opening of Dick’s Sporting Goods is slated for late 2024.

Construction of the Dick’s Sporting Goods location has begun.  JLL’s retail development partner, Poag Development Group, is overseeing construction management of the project.

“We are focused on developing the next generation of retail spaces and the upcoming Dick’s Sporting Goods store will be a welcome addition to an already strong lineup of local and national retailers at Rosedale Center,” said Gar Herring, SVP of development at Poag Development Group.

Holly Rome, JLL EVP of national retail leasing, leads the leasing effort at Rosedale Center and secured the lease with Dick’s Sporting Goods.
