Dickman Proposing 133K SF in OakView Business Park

The OakView Business Park in Oak Creek, WI, could have another building, at least, if Dickman Co. has its way. The proposed 133,056-square-foot building would be the business park’s third, if it makes it through Oak Creek’s Plan Commission and city council. No tenants have been named in the city report, though it could hold up to four companies.

The 120-acre OakView Business Park, at Oakwood Road and Howell Avenue, is attracting developers interested in building and operating distribution center buildings. Jeff Hoffman with Cushman & Wakefield/The Boerke Co. indicated that “a couple of different developers are considering projects there,”

Wispark LLC of Milwaukee and the city of Oak Creek are developing the business park.
