Diamond Resorts Expands into NYC with Highgate Partnership

Apollo-owned timeshare operator Diamond Resorts is adding New York City to its 370-plus locations through a partnership with Highgate. The partnership includes Highgate’s WestHouse pied-a-terre at 201 W. 55th St., and the 761-key Park Central at 810 Seventh Ave.

“Our members appreciate that we’re able to offer such a variety of incredible global destinations, and we’re confident that they will be thrilled to be able to vacation in the center of such a vibrant and enriching city,” said Diamond Resorts CEO Mike Flaskey.

Diamond Resorts will also open a sales center at the Park Central. Members can book stays at both properties with their flexible ownership points, which can also be used to book experiences and events as well as rent cars and book flights.
