Devon Self Storage Awarded Management of Six Facilities

Devon Self Storage, a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., has been awarded the property management contract for six self-storage properties in Indiana, Colorado, Michigan, Nevada, and Louisiana totaling approximately 361,000 square feet.

The self-storage properties include 1121 N. Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne, IN; 11402 Cherokee St. in Northglenn, CO; 2019 Dixie Hwy. in Waterford, MI; 2645 S. Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas; and 10811 Coursey Blvd. and 10770 Jefferson Hwy. in Baton Rouge, LA.

“With the addition of these properties, we have increased our managed portfolio by 5.3%,” said Ken Nitzberg, co-CEO of Devon. “Our goal remains steadfast in managing and providing best-in-class self-storage services and operational efficiencies for the customers and owners through the breadth and depth of more than 50 plus years of commercial real estate experience with a keen focus on each asset, its market demographics, and financial data.”

To date, Devon manages 119 properties for 12 property-owners across the nation. Devon expects to add approximately 100 additional self-storage facilities by year-end.
