Development Veteran Bulmash Joins Presidium in Leadership Role

Development and investment firm Presidium has selected Mark Bulmash as president, mixed-use/master plan development. Based in Dallas, the 33-year real estate veteran brings Presidium extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate and mixed-use developments.

“As we seize opportunities to further develop and positively impact our communities, Mark’s involvement will be critical,” said Cross Moceri, co-CEO and co-founder of Presidium. “He brings a wealth of development experience, which will be pivotal in our ability to scale and meet the increasing demand for master-planned developments.”

Prior to joining Presidium, Bulmash was SVP, development for the Howard Hughes Corporation, where he oversaw the Central and Southeast regions for eight years. He also held executive positions at the Taubman Company, Related Companies and Forest City Enterprises, along with founding his own real estate advisory firm, Bulmash Real Estate Advisors, LLC.

Bulmash is currently chairman of ICSC’s North American Design & Development Jury.
