Development Team Cuts Ribbon on Luxury Rentals in Downtown Bound Brook

Executives from Denholtz and RWC cut the ribbon on The Rail at Bound Brook, a new 143-unit luxury multifamily community located at 100 Hamilton St. in Bound Brook, NJ. Denholtz was joined by city officials, and project partners March Construction, Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and Citizens Bank to celebrate the project milestone.

Standing at six stories in downtown Bound Brook, near the NJ Transit Bound Brook station, The Rail at Bound Brook offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom apartments. It represents the latest success story for downtown Bound Brook’s ongoing resurgence. Since the Army Corps of Engineers’ $143-million flood control project in 2016, the borough has attracted millions in investment and added more than 700 units and 40,000 square feet of new retail, dining and shopping.

“We’re really excited to finish this building,” said Steven Denholtz, chairman of Denholtz. “As you drive through downtown, you’ll see what an extraordinary place Bound Brook is.”
