Development Site Advisors Opens Enrollment for Academy Class
Development Site Advisors, a brokerage specializing in the sale of development sites, is opening enrollment for its next Development Site Academy class, which begins this October. Graduates of the academy will become a Certified Development Site Specialist (CDSS) with the firm.
“We have eight spots we’re looking to fill for this Development Site Academy class, which is our second class so far; our first actually being during the COVID shutdown last year,” said co-founder Rubin Isak. “We’re looking for individuals who share in our core values and have the characteristics and traits to become successful in the development site asset class here in NYC.”
He added, “Our academy focuses on intense neighborhood, zoning, and presentation training. It’s a proven process and we’re excited to open this up for our next round of brokers.”
Interested candidates can apply to enroll in the academy now, with a deadline on Oct.. 8.
