Development Duo Building 195-Unit N. Miami Rental Community
The team of Continua Developments and Old Capital Partners started work on a 12-story apartment building in North Miami.
Located on the 1.3-acre site at 1150 N.E. 125th Street, Urbania NoMi 125st will feature 195 apartments and about 9,500 square feet of commercial space. Amenities will include a pool deck, a media room, a social room, a lounge, a yoga lawn, a summer kitchen, and an indoor/outdoor fitness center.
The general contractor is Miami-based Jaxi Builders, and G3 Architects designed the project. The duo expects the project to create 600 jobs during construction and be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
The S. Florida Business Journal reports that the developer expects to close a construction loan from First American Bank soon.
Continua Developments and Old Capital Partners acquired the property for $7.59 million in 2022. It demolished a small office building there.
