Development Deal Signed for Cambria Hotel Waco University Riverfront

Choice Hotels International Inc. signed an agreement with Central Texas-based KB Hotels LLC to develop the Cambria Hotel Waco University Riverfront in Waco, TX. The 135-key, four-story hotel is scheduled to open in 2020, and will add to the growing Cambria brand in Texas.

The property will be on the Brazos River at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Bridge Street, and will be near Baylor University and the SpaceX testing facility. Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, onsite dining, 8,000 square feet of meeting space and an outdoor patio, pool and courtyard.

Cambria hotels are currently open in Dallas, McAllen, Plano and Southlake, and will open soon in Austin and Houston.
