Development Begins on Sovereign at Twin Creeks

Sovereign Properties began work on its $73 million apartment community, Sovereign at Twin Creeks, which is being built in Allen, TX. The 366-unit project at 729 Junction Dr. is expected to open by late summer 2020.

The concept behind the Sovereign Properties development is to provide a “single-family lifestyle at a multi-family price point,” according to the company’s Russ Krivor. As such, the Allen complex will offer amenities typically found in a single-family home, such as large dining areas, extra storage space, walk-in closets in each bedroom, and child-friendly play areas.

Additional features of the complex will include a clubhouse and fitness center, business lounge, resort-style pool, and a 15,000-square-foot medical office building adjacent to the property. Davis Brothers Construction is the general contractor.
