Developers Release Renderings of 250K-SF T3 RiNo

McCaffrey, Hines and Ivanhoe Cambridge released new renderings of T3 RiNo, a 250,000-square-foot “timber, transit and technology” building in Denver’s River North neighborhood. The six-story building will be at 3500 Blake St.; a groundbreaking date has not been announced.

The developers selected Pickard Chilton Architects and DLR Group to design the building. Jamie Roupp and John Beason with JLL will handle office leasing. Retail leasing is under the direction of McCaffrey’s Andrew Macafee and Andrew Hanna.

On-site amenities for the space will include common social areas; large, private tenant terraces; a modern fitness facility and bicycle facility; 17,000 square feet of retail space, and convenient access to Denver’s Regional Transportation District commuter rail system, which serves Denver International Airport and Union Station Transit Hub.
