Developers Ready to Build MXU Stacy Green

Provident Realty Advisors and Glaser Retail are gearing up to break ground on Stacy Green, a 73-acre, mixed-use project at U.S. 75 and Stacy Road in Allen, TX. The first phase will focus on more than a dozen retail and restaurant buildings fronting the highway and Stacy Road. The first buildings will be ready for tenants in 2019.

The Allen City Council approved the project in October 2017. Since that time, leasing agents have been working on signing retail tenants.

Additional phases will add an office building, apartments, a hotel and movie theater.  The developers, who worked with the Stacy family on planning the property, also are planning a 13-acre greenbelt and park along Cottonwood Creek, which runs through the site.
