Developers Purchase Land for New Business Park in Oldham County

Hollenbach-Oakley and The Hocker Group are the master developers on Oldham Reserve, a new 1,000-acre development in La Grange, Kentucky. The project will consist of a Class A business park, multifamily units, and single-family homes, reported the Louisville Business First.

The firms completed the purchase of the first 72 acres, which paves the way for the project’s initial phase of multifamily and business developments. Construction is anticipated to begin next summer.

The multifamily development will have about 500 units made up of two, 250-unit apartment complexes. The business park will consist of about 500,000 square feet of buildings, with a mix of office, retail, medical, and flex space.

The second phase of the project will include single-family homes, building on the existing live, work, and play community. The local area is home to large employers such as The Rawlings Group and Trilogy Health Services, driving the demand for housing.
