Developers Planning Restaurant, Event Venue in Stone Creek

WestEast Design Group has started work on Providence by the Green, a 15,800-square-foot multi-use facility in far north San Antonio that overlooks Canyon Springs Golf Course in Stone Oak. The site will include retail, dining and event spaces.

The San Antonio-based developer plans to build a three-level structure with floor-to-ceiling windows and seven outdoor terraces that overlook the 12th green on Canyon Springs Golf Club.

Community Impact reports the first floor will feature a full-service restaurant, a coffee shop and an in-house catering service for event rentals, community cooking classes and community events. The second floor will feature private, rentable event spaces, a wine shop and tasting area, and a floral shop. The third floor is reserved for a restaurant and rooftop bar. Construction is estimated to be completed around the end of 2025.

Stone Oak is a suburban district north of downtown San Antonio.
