Developers Break Ground on Meyer Ranch MPC

Randolph Todd Development of Austin is teaming with Illinois-based Crown Community Development to build Meyer Ranch, a 691-acre, master-planned community in northwest New Braunfels, TX. Upon buildout, the project at SH 46 and South Cranes Mill Road will have 1,600 single-family homes, along with 113 condominiums, a clubhouse and community pool, recreation fields, playgrounds, an extensive trail system and more than 200 acres of green space.

Model homes are planned to be up and running by spring 2019, with the home builder list including Ashton Woods Homes, Highland Homes, Lennar Homes, Bella Vista Homes and Princeton Homes, Home prices will start in the $200,000s.

“We are preserving the natural terrain, as well as the old homestead building from the original German settlers from 1852,” said Randolph Todd’s Randy Rollo.
