Developers Begin Construction on Frisco Park 25

Cabot Properties and Stream Realty Partners began construction on the 216-acre Frisco Park 25 Corporate Center in Frisco, TX. The developers are building a 160,000-square-foot facility on 10 acres in the park, which is near the Dallas North Tollway and SH 380. PowerSecure Lighting, an LED lighting distributor, has already leased 75,000 square feet in the building for its new headquarters.

According to Stream Realty’s Cannon Green, the building is the first to be developed in Frisco Park 25. “Our team is actively pursuing corporate users to lease the balance of the building,” he said. “We are bullish on the Frisco market, and feel there is a lot of pent-up demand for this product type that we will be able to accommodate.” Green and Stream Realty’s Bob Hagewood are overseeing development, leasing and management of the project.

Frisco Park 25 is owned by the Frisco Economic Development Corp.
