Novare Group, Batson-Cook Development Co. and PointOne Holdings are taking tenants at The Parker, a 330-unit apartment community in Acworth, an Atlanta suburb. The group started work on the project in 2023. Commercial Edge reports they locked in a $53 million construction loan from City National Bank of Florida that same year. Dynamite Design provided the architectural work, Stratus Construction, the builders.

Located at 5944 Highway 92, the community encompasses 17 three-story residential buildings spread across 20 acres and 20 carriage homes with private garages. The unit mix consists of one-, two– and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 775 to 1,441 square feet. Apartments also have private balconies or patios.

Common-area amenities include a swimming pool with sun deck, fitness center, outdoor entertainment pavilion with grilling stations and EV charging stations. The property also has a clubhouse with coworking spaces and a coffee bar, as well as a dog park and pickleball court.
