Developer Snags 30 Acres for Apartments
ArchCo Residential of Georgia struck a deal with Irving, TX-based Realty Capital Management for 30 acres in Garland, TX. Plans call for the land to support the Domain at Firewheel apartment complex. ArchCo plans to launch construction on the project’s first phase, consisting of 300 units, in early 2016.
Andrew Prine of Stratford Land Co. represented seller ArchCo. Realty Capital Management’s Mark Boone represented the seller.
Realty Capital Management is developing a total of 130 acres for the Domain, a multi-housing project approved for 1,200 units.
