Chicago’s North Side could be getting two more mixed-use developments that include residential and commercial spaces, reported the Chicago Business Journal.

According to a zoning application, Chicago 413 Carpenter LLC is looking to build three residential buildings totaling 1,450 units, 417 parking spaces, and ground-floor retail space at 370, 400, and 401 N. Morgan Street in West Town. Based on details in the proposal, one building would consist of 478 units and 192 parking spaces; building two would consist of 480 units for commercial or residential use; and building three would have up to 492 units and 225 parking spaces, according to the outlet.

A separate zoning application by 5035 N. Sheridan Inc. seeks to build a 77-unit building with one unit reserved for commercial use, 39 indoor parking spaces, and 77 bike spaces on vacant land near 952 W. Carmen Avenue in Uptown.
