Amacon proposing two 39-story Denver towers

Developer Proposes Two Matching 39-Story Denver Towers

The project, fronted by Amacon, a Canada-based developer, would include 611 fee-simple condos, and a 96-room hotel. The company is building another two tower housing development which will bring 461 units to market. across the street. The towers will go up near the corner at Welton and Broadway.

The Denver Business Journal reported the new project will also come with 731 parking spaces and 12,730 square feet of ground-floor retail. The north tower will have a hotel lobby and 96 hotel rooms on levels three through eight, with 282 condo units on levels nine through 39. Meanwhile, the south tower will have as many as 329 units on levels nine through 39. Amenities, including a pool deck, would be located on the ninth level for both towers. The condos will include studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom. 

Davis Partnership Architects is the architect for Amacon’s new condo and hotel project. Amacon needs to secure an adjacent parcel and a handful of more approvals before proceeding.
