Developer Partners with JLL to Bring Metro Detroit Property to Market

Developer Sharnosa LLC is planning to move forward with JLL handling leasing and sales at Tower 14, a roughly 255,000-square-foot office property in Southfield, MI. Located at 21700 Northwestern Highway along the Lodge Freeway, the asset was built by the J.L. Hudson Company as its original administrative headquarters.

More than $10 million has been invested in recent capital improvements and updates. Ten of 14 floors have been completely renovated and rebuilt with Class A finishes and furniture.

JLL’s J.P. Champine and Ben Schrode will oversee leasing and sales activities for Tower 14.

“Tower 14 presents a unique opportunity for both investors and tenants alike,” said Champine. “With all of the recent improvements, there are few properties anywhere in Metro Detroit that are both this affordable and this move-in ready for a large corporate headquarters tenant.”
