Developer Moving Forward on 74 Hallandale Beach Rental Units

A developer can build a six-story apartment complex two blocks west of the Big Easy Casino in Hallandale Beach. The South Florida Business Journal reports SAG Development filed a site plan with city officials for Green House apartments on the 1.49-acre site at 219 Pembroke Road. It estimated the project cost at $20 million.

The 91,940-square-foot project would feature 74 apartments, 7,571 square feet of retail and 175 parking spaces. There would be a pool and a 2,572-square-foot amenity room on the third floor.

The apartments would range from 500 to 1,540 square feet. There would be 12 studio apartments, 30 one-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom apartments, and four three-bedroom apartments.

Synalovski Romanik Saye is the architect on the project.

SAG Development acquired the vacant property for $1.43 million in January.
