Developer Holland Trades MF in Fast-Growing Denver Suburb

Holland Partner Group has completed the $62-million sale of Aspect, a 230-unit multifamily property in the Denver suburb of Lone Tree, CO. According to published reports, the buyer was John Hancock Real Estate.

A JLL team of Mike Grippi, Pamela Koster and David Martin represented Holland.

“We were very pleased with the market’s reception to the Aspect offering,” said Martin. “Once again, Holland Partner Group did a great job executing good product at a superb location, in conjunction with a creative structured development financing package from Principal Real Estate Investors.”

Aspect is located at the southern end of the Southeast Business corridor, Denver’s premier employment center, with more than 260,000 jobs within a 15-minute drive. Lone Tree in particular has emerged as Denver’s metro’s fastest growing suburb, with a discerning renter-by-choice demographic, according to JLL.

Based in Vancouver, WA, Holland Partner Group has also developed five other Denver-area multifamily properties.
