The Orchard

Developer Greenlit for Sprawling Pearland Mixed-Use Destination

Planned Community Developers (PCD) closed on the 120-acre site for The Orchard, a mixed-use destination at Highway 288 and Beltway 8 in Pearland. The Orchard will bring together retail, dining, entertainment, office and residential uses. The closing follows Pearland City Council’s approval of the development.

The Orchard will include approximately 250,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment, 150,000 – 300,000 square feet of Class A office and approximately 1,100 multifamily units.

PCD has selected CBRE’s Jazz Hamilton and Rusty Lilley to lead retail leasing for approximately 250,000 square feet of space planned throughout the development. Opportunities will include waterfront restaurant locations, plaza-facing storefronts, retail pads, traditional inline space and anchor opportunities.

JLL has been selected to lead leasing for The Orchard’s 150,000-300,000 square feet of Class A office space. Jon Dutton and Andrew Elliott will oversee leasing efforts.
