Developer Duo Chooses Savannah Highlands for 336-Unit Rental Community

Brook Farm Group and Manor Park Ventures are co-developing 675 Morgan, a 336-unit, Class A multifamily community in Savannah, GA. The property is located at 699 Highlands Boulevard within the Savannah Highlands — a master-planned community approximately 15 miles northwest of historic Downtown Savannah. 

When completed, the development will include 11 three-story buildings with one, two, and three-bedroom units with a resort-style pool, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, walking trails, pickleball courts, a golf simulator, and numerous other upscale amenities. The unit finishes will include gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, spa-like bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers, LVT hardwood flooring, walk-in closets and private balconies or patios. 

Ameris Bank provided construction financing for this transaction.  In addition to co-developer Manor Park Ventures, the project team includes general contractor Summit Contracting Group.
