Development is underway on a 42,000-square-foot office/warehouse project in Tomball, TX, on Houston’s northwest side. The spec project, at 27905 Commercial Park Rd., is expected to deliver by June 2018. Dancing Falls Development LLC is the developer, with Boatman Construction the general contractor. Proximity Commercial Advisors is handling leasing for the property. The space is going for $11-$13.50 per square foot.

The project will consist of four buildings, measuring 10,500 square feet each. The buildings will offer 18-foot heights, 12’ x 14’ overhead doors, and 120-foot truck courts. Robin Moore with Proximity Commercial Advisors indicated that the buildings will fill the need for high-end industrial space, especially near Brand Parkway and SH 249.
