Developer Adds Pediatric Center to Prince George’s County Retail MXU

Petrie Richardson Ventures signed a lease for a 60,000-square-foot pediatric outpatient and specialty care center at Woodmore Towne Centre, a 140-acre, 700,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in Prince George’s County, MD. The facility, which will specialize in pediatric care, will open in late 2019.

The new facility on I-495 allows Children’s National to expand the health care services it provides in Prince George’s County, as well as serve as the anchor for its established network of specialized pediatric care in the community. The new center will provide a broad range of specialty medical care, including cardiology, neurology, genetics, allergy, sports medicine and orthopedics, along with outpatient surgery, MRI, and rehabilitative medicine.

Petrie Richardson Ventures’ Terry Richardson says, “This organization does incredible, award-winning work for children, and we are looking forward to helping expand their service offerings to the families of Prince George’s County and the greater region.”
