Detroit’s Brush Park Building Sells for a Shade over $1M

The highest bid for a half-acre property in Detroit’s Brush Park – as well as the abandoned buildings sitting atop it – was $1.4 million. The seller was Brush Lofts LLC. Farmington Hills-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions LLC listed the property for auction.

The as-yet undisclosed new owner now has a 19,000-square-foot building at 435 Division St. and a 2,500-square-foot building at 2711 Beaubien St. Also part of the buy were vacant parcels at 2717 and 2725 Beaubien. Though abandoned, the properties are in an area that is experiencing hundreds of millions of dollars in new investment and development.
