Despite COVID-19 Restrictions, Burrard Reports Strong Condo Sales at Seattle’s Nexus

Strong home sales, closings and move-ins are progressing safely and at a swift pace at the Nexus condominium building in downtown Seattle. Developer Burrard reports its team continues to safely welcome new homeowners within the guidelines of the new state-legislated government order.

In just six weeks, 180 of the 359 presold condo units at Nexus have been closed, bringing the total of completed home purchases to just over 50%. The remainder of the home purchases are expected to close by the end of May.

“Despite everything going on in the world right now, the Nexus sales team is feeling optimistic about sales at Nexus based on our numbers and positive buyer feedback so far,” said Erik Mehr, Nexus lead broker. “We’re seeing that select real estate properties like Nexus are staying fairly resilient, and that’s welcome good news, not only for this project, but for the Seattle real estate market in general.”
