Design District Office/Retail Building Trades for $72.5M

The 84,000-square-foot Design 41 office and retail building in the Miami Design District sold for $72.5 million. The South Florida Business Journal reports an investor team led by Benjamin Norton sold the property.

Dwntwn Realty Advisors was retained to sell the property in 2017. It has gone from 90% vacant to 100% occupied since Dwntwn came on board. The deal was brokered by Devlin Marinoff and Tony Arellano of Dwntwn Realty Advisors.

The building at 112 N.E. 41st St. to Miami DD Propco LLC was purchased by a partnership between Todd Rosenberg of Pebb Equities, Joe Sutton of Wharton Properties, and Ethan Leavitt of Lane Capital Partners.

The retail tenants include Breitling and Missoni, and the Bosch Gaggenau showroom.

The deal was brokered by Devlin Marinoff and Tony Arellano of Dwntwn Realty Advisors. Attorney Matthew Kramer of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial represented the seller in the deal.
