Dermot Gallagher Joins L&L Holding Company as MEP Superintendent

Dermot Gallagher will be the mechanical engineering and plumbing (MEP) superintendent at 425 Park Ave., the 47-story tower developed by L&L Holding Company now rising in the Plaza District of Midtown Manhattan.

“Dermot’s experience and background makes him the perfect person to work on this complex project, which requires strong attention to detail,” said David Levinson, chairman and CEO of L&L Holding Company.

Gallagher previously worked as the MEP lead for the $2 billion renovation of Citi’s campus at 388-390 Greenwich St. Before that, he served at Cushman & Wakefield as director of engineering, where he established the operations and maintenance plan for two million square feet of Port Authority facilities located within the 16-acre World Trade Center site.

The tower at 425 Park Ave., designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Lord Foster, is expected to open in 2018.
