Dermody Properties Buys 214K-SF Industrial Development in Woolwich Township 

Dermody Properties has acquired a 214,271-square-foot industrial development site in Woolwich Township, New Jercey, from Arbok. The closing price was not disclosed.  

Located at 261 Swedesboro Paulsboro Road, the 14 acres site is fully approved for industrial development. The planned development will include features such as 40-foot clear heights, drive-in and dock doors, trailer stalls, and ample parking. The completion of the project is scheduled for mid-2024. 

Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller with a team of Gerry Blinebury, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt, Brendan McGeary, John Gartland, and Jonas Skovdal.
