Dermody Donates 20K SF of Space to Support Chicago’s Toys for Tots
Dermody announced its participation in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots 2025 program.
This year, a 20,000-square-foot portion of Building 1 at The Logistics Campus will serve as the headquarters for the Chicago-area toy collection and distribution efforts. “Offering space for this year’s Toys for Tots effort is a simple way we can give back to the Chicago community we care deeply about,” said Neal Driscoll, Midwest Region Partner at Dermody.
The facility, located at 2600 Sanders Road in Glenview, Illinois, provides Toys for Tots volunteers and Marines with the necessary space to organize toy donations from local businesses, community groups and individuals across the region.
Chicago Toys for Tots will host a Big Bus Toy Express event with a team of Dermody employees, along with broker partners from Colliers and employees from PREMIER Design + Build Group, who will be on-site at The Logistics Campus to help.
