Dermody Delivers Riverside Cross-Dock Logistics Facility
Reno, NV-based Dermody Properties completed the construction of LogistiCenter at Park Meridian on 13.53 acres in Riverside, CA. The facility includes 262,260 square feet of state-of-the-art logistics space in the Inland Empire East submarket.
The property is located at 21822 Opportunity Way in the Meridian Business Center. It features 32-foot clear heights, 56 dock high doors, an ESFR sprinkler system and LED warehouse lighting, which is ideal for logistics and distribution operations. The building also has 2,493 square feet of built-out office space.

Cushman & Wakefield ‘s Phil Lombardo, Chuck Belden and Andrew Starnes were hired to handle leasing for the project.
