Dermody Breaks Ground on Sonoma County Logistics Facility

Reno-based Dermody Properties acquired 4.69-acres for the development of LogistiCenter at Rohnert Park, a new Class A warehouse in Sonoma County. The 69,431-square-foot building at 201 Business Park Dr., is available for pre-leasing.

Dermody Properties’ George Condon says, “This project will be a state-of-the-art logistics facility in the heart of the North Bay of San Francisco. It also offers customers the unique opportunity to lease new construction in this area.”

Construction is underway and delivery is expected in Q1 2021. The property will feature a 24- to 26-foot clear heights, 50-foot by 58-foot column spacing, nine dock-high loading doors, with potential for two additional ones, four grade-level doors, ample yard space and an ESFR fire protection system.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Trevor Buck presented the commercial real estate development opportunity to Dermody Properties. CushWake’s Buck, Steven Leonard and Brian Foster are the leasing agents for the property.
