Dermody Acquires LogistiCenter at Clackamas in Oregon
Dermody announced the acquisition and development of LogistiCenter at Clackamas, in Clackamas, Oregon.
It marks the first industrial development over 100,000 square feet to be constructed in Clackamas in the past five years, and is slated for completion by the end of 2026. This project is represented by Kidder Mathews brokers Scott Murphy, Executive Vice President; Tom Talbot, Executive Vice President; and John Hallman, Vice President. Dermody’s Northwest Region spans five states, with a focus on industrial real estate in Seattle and Portland.
The logistics facility will offer 248,532 square feet of industrial space that can be divided into smaller units to accommodate multiple customers. LogistiCenter at Clackamas features a 36’ clear height, 52’ x 50’ column spacing, LED lights, full circulation and ample trailer parking.
“The property is conveniently located less than three miles from Interstate 205, and has great connectivity to Interstate 5, downtown Portland, the City of Vancouver, and the Ports of Vancouver and Portland,” said Ben Seeger, Northwest Region Partner at Dermody.
