Dermody Acquires Faraday Future Headquarters to Build Class A Logistics Facility

Dermody has acquired the former headquarters of electric vehicle maker Faraday Future, located at 18455 Figueroa St. in Los Angeles, for an undisclosed sum. The site will be redeveloped as LogistiCenter at 110, a ground-up, Class A logistics facility totaling 180,705 square feet in the supply-constrained South Bay submarket.

“Strategic infill opportunities of this scale are exceptionally rare,” said Matthew Mexia, Southern California region partner at Dermody. “This site presents a compelling redevelopment opportunity transforming a well-located, formerly occupied campus into a best-in-class logistics facility in an area where developable land is virtually nonexistent. We are excited to deliver modern, functional space that directly addresses the South Bay’s significant unmet demand.”

The property was acquired from Rexford Industrial, a company with which Dermody first built a relationship after the closing of LogistiCenter at Eastvale in 2022. CBRE National Partners marketed the property.
