Dépanneur and Simó Pizza Come to Brooklyn’s 33 Bond
Fancy food sellers Dépanneur and Simó Pizza have leased a combined 4,504 square feet of retail space at 33 Bond, a new 714-unit apartment tower in Downtown Brooklyn.
“They offer residents of 33 Bond an amenity that positively contributes to their active lifestyles,” said Steven E. Baker, president of Winick Realty Group, who with Aaron S. Fishbein and Daniyel Cohen represented the building in the transaction, along with Steve N. Gonzalez of building developer TF Cornerstone.
A Ripco team of Andrew Clemens and Ben Weiner represented Dépanneur. Simó Pizza was represented in-house in its lease. Asking rents for both leases $125 per square foot.
Other retailers at the tower include Chelsea Piers, and Colombian coffee roaster Devoción.
