Stockdale Capital Partners picks up Denver's The Source Hotel

Denver’s The Source Hotel Acquired by Stockdale Capital Partners

Stockdale Capital Partners not only picked up the hotel, but 44,000 square feet of retail, the parking garage, and surface lot. They paid $61.9 million for the package. They plan to immediately refresh the 100 guest rooms and redo the rooftop restaurant.

The Source is located in the River North Arts District (RINO) adjacent to downtown Denver. Stockdale’s Bill Doak is delighted with the acquisition, “Stockdale Capital Partners is excited to acquire The Source in the heart of the RINO district. The Source’s proximity to restaurants, retailers, breweries, transit and entertainment venues make it attractive to both locals and hotel guests.”

The location also has 5,575 square of event space, a fitness center, rooftop pool and of on-site restaurant and retail in its Market Hall I & II.
