
Denver Tech Center High-Rise Acquired by Menashe Properties
Menashe Properties bought the Stanford Place III, a 377,000 square foot office building on 6.5 acres. Public records put the sales price at $50 million. The seller was Angelo, Gordon and Company.
The building, which was 70% leased at closing, was recently renovated with upgrades to the main lobby, common area corridors and restrooms. It includes a tenant lounge, fitness center and a conference center. In addition, the building contains a Starbucks and deli. Colliers brokers Robert Whitelesey and Abby Patillo are marketing the space.
Menashe Properties Jordan Menashe is pleased with his new addition, “We are excited to increase our footprint in Denver to around one million square feet with the addition of Stanford Place III. We are well positioned for continued growth and expansion.” Stanford Place III is attached to, and looks similar to, the Stanford Place II office building which was last sold in 2019 for $62.3 million.
