Denver Suburb Site for New 200 Acre Mixed-Use Community

At full buildout, Ledge Rock Center will include over 1 million square feet of retail and 1,200 apartments. Carson Development is taking the lead on the project, which will be located in Johnstown. The company has already built nearby Johnstown Plaza, home to a 250,000 square foot Scheels superstore.

Ledge Rock Center is located about 30 minutes north of Denver and ten minutes from both Longmont and Fort Collins. Carson’s Mike Schlup has more, “We chose the site based on the growth occurring in Johnstown and across Northern Colorado. Our prior work on Johnstown Plaza was a tremendous success, and we believe Ledge Rock Center, at twice the size, will be just as successful.”

Murdoch Ranch and Home Supply is the first anchor tenant to sign, pre-leasing 85,000 square feet. Phase I of the retail development is slated to be complete at the end of 2022 or first quarter 2023.
