Mill Creek buys RiNo apartments for $182M

Denver RiNo Apartments Sell for $182M

Mill Creek Residential bought the 417-unit DriveTrain project in the desired RiNo neighborhood for $182 million, or $436,451 per unit. Mill Creek has renamed the rental community Modera Art Park, more fitting for the River North Art district (RiNo).

The six-story building features studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The apartment complex opened in 2021. Amenities at the property include a pool, spa, fitness studio and rooftop bar area.

The Denver Business Journal reports the developer and seller of DriveTrain is San Francisco-based Carmel Partners. Carmel Partners has proposed an 18-story residential high-rise at the former Turin Bicycles property at East Seventh Avenue and Lincoln Street. Its other Denver-area apartment projects include The Henry, WestEnd, The Palmer, Bear Valley Park and PearlDTC.
