Target rents Denver Prologis industrial building

Denver Prologis-Site Scores 141,000 Square Foot Lease to Target

Industrial park titan Prologis has leased a last-mile 141,000 square foot industrial/distribution building in Central Denver. Cushman & Wakefield represented Prologis to find a tenant for the newly constructed building. Steve Hager says there’s a shortage of these types of buildings, “Fully pre-leasing the facility prior to completion emphasizes the ongoing momentum and demand for high quality industrial product in the region.”

The Prologis Broadway Distribution Center at 6300 North Broadway features an office, 32 foot clear height, and ample trailer and auto parking. It has easy access to I-25, I-75 and is close to the BNSF Railway Intermodal and Union Pacific Intermodal.

The center may be part of Target’s new sortation center concept. With this new last-mile capability, the sortation center collects online orders from local stores multiple times a day and sorts them into efficient routes for carrier delivery.
