Denver Power Center Trades for $56.7M

Capital Asset Management has purchased Quebec Square in Denver, a 207,000-square-foot power center featuring several national retailers. ALTO Real Estate Funds was the seller. Commercial Edge reports that the purchase price was $56.7 million. Wells Fargo Bank provided a $38.9 million loan for the transaction.

ALTO paid $42.2 million for the shopping center in 2019. Located at 7506 E. 36th Ave., the retail center is near the intersection of Quebec Street and Interstate 70.

The 20-year-old center consists of 11 buildings on 22 acres. Its national tenant roster features Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, PetSmart, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Game Stop.
