Denver Metro Industrial Asset Achieves Full Lease-Up

Denver-based DPC Companies and Boston-based Long Wharf Capital signed more than 200,000 square feet of leases at 333-335 Centennial Parkway in Louisville, CO. The four most recent transactions brought the 411,485-square-foot industrial property to 100% leased.

Leases were executed with Alpen High Performance Products Inc. (58,800 sq. ft.), ArcherDX Inc. (52,400 sq. ft.), Synnex Corp. (46,500 sq. ft.), and an undisclosed e-commerce company is taking 43,200 square feet.

Built in 1995 and fully renovated in 2019, the property includes dock-high and drive-in loading, heavy power, sprinklers, 28-foot clear heights, ample parking and fiber connectivity.

CBRE’s Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jeremy Kroner represented the landlord.

Kroner says, “Tenants are attracted to 333-335 Centennial Parkway because it provides highly functional industrial real estate in a supply-constrained, yet amenity-rich, location in Boulder County. The property just completed an extensive renovation program, and is now fully leased to six companies representing some notably high-growth industries.”
