Denver Industrial Deal BKM, Investcorp’s 6th
BKM Capital Partners sold the Havana 37 Business Park to Investcorp for nearly $18 million. The industrial property at 3700 N. Havana St. is a three-building, 150,255-square-foot property in Denver’s Central Park community. BKM will stay on and manage the property for Investcorp. The sale of Havana 37 was part of a broader, $110 million recapitalization of five U.S. light industrial properties in BKM’s portfolio.
BKM purchased the Denver property in October 2019 for $14.75 million. The Denver Business Journal reports that the company implemented a repositioning plan at the time to attract “grade-A tenants.” The 13-unit property is 95% leased, with tenants ranging from a CPA firm to distributors and a cycling manufacturer.
This is the sixth transaction between Investcorp and BKM since a partnership was formed in 2021.
