Denver Developer to Demolish Office to Build New Rental Community

Out with the old. In with the new. A Denver developer is looking to tear down one of the areas largest office buildings and build a 12 story multifamily community, with some retail. Broe Real Estate Group owns the 1970’s era office building that it now wants to demolish.

The Company recently informed the city that it wants to build a 722,000 square foot structure with 378 residential units on the exact location where the office building sits.

The proposed building would also come with 4,000 square feet of retail, 5,000 square feet for eating and drinking establishments and 611 total parking spaces. Amenities at the building would include a pool deck, fitness center, resident lounge and coworking area on the second level, as well as a rooftop bar.
