Denver-Based Legend Partners Takes on Situs Retail Group for SLC Office

Legend Partners, a leading provider of retail real estate services in the West and a member of X Team Retail Advisors, has announced that Situs Retail Group, which was based in Midvale, Utah, has joined the Salt Lake office of the Legends’ team. The addition of the Situs team to Legend will increase the groups presence in the Mountain and Desert states with six new agents added to Legend’s roster, which expands to 16 retail agents, two land brokers and one investment broker. 

Adding Situs to the Legend team helps strengthen X Team’s influence and outreach in the West. “The goal has always been to cover all Rocky Mountain and desert states. This union will enable us to do exactly that,” Legends Tanner Olson said.
