Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher first to commit to 2025 opening of 30-story,$400M 1900 Lawrence

Denver-Based Law Firm First Commitment for $400M Office Project

Nationally known law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher will relocate from its existing downtown office and take over the entire 30th floor at 1900 Lawrence, a  Class A office tower in downtown Denver. Gibson Dunn is the first tenant to sign a lease at 1900 Lawrence, which is owned by Riverside Investment & Development Company. The projected move-in date is February 2025.

Upon its completion in May 2024, the 30-story project, totaling over 700,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail will be the largest office building to be built in downtown Denver in more than 40 years. Denver-based JLL Managing Director Jamie Roupp, and his team, are handling leasing for the project on behalf of Riverside. .

Designed by architect Goettsch Partners, 1900 Lawrence is a $400 million project offering multiple floors with private tenant terraces, and views of the Front Range, Coors Field, LoDo, and Skyline Park.
