Elevation 25

Denver-Area Warehouses Trade for $43M

Mark IV Capital acquired two pre-leased industrial buildings at Elevation 25 from Silver Point Development for $43 million. The assets total 204,050 square feet and comprise the first phase of an overall project to develop a million square feet of industrial space in Mead, CO, roughly 35 miles north of Denver. The Elevation 25 site has an additional 55 acres available for development.

Mark IV Capital’s Jeff Dean added, “North Colorado’s evolution is being driven by a combination of traditional industries – agriculture, logistics, mining and manufacturing – and a new wave of innovation in renewable energy, advanced materials, and precision technology.”

Colliers International’s TJ Smith, Nick Rice and Brad Calbert represented Silver Point, the seller, and its partner, Walker Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP), in the transaction.

The site is flanked by a FedEx hub, a Home Depot distribution center, and key rail-served industrial parks.
